  My husband and I went here at 4am. We ordered a whopper combo & mozzarella sticks, which was ready quickly. Everything was fresh and hot - delicious!! Other fast food joints at this time in the morning are hit and miss (~3am McDonald's orders usually result in old fries and/or long wait times), but this experience was great so I wanted to write a review!

  This Burger King is the worst I've been to. I always go through the drive through and I am very clear in what combo I want but they never seem to get it right. One evening after we left the hospital around 11:40pm we went to Burger King for a quick dinner. They told us to pull around and they would bring the food out. We waited a bit and finally the food arrived with the associate looking kind of puzzled. We didn't think too much about it at the time but when we arrived home and unpacked the 2 meals the entire order was wrong. Now, the puzzled employee seems to make sense. I called right away to notify the store and right away the employee was very rude to me saying that we knew what meal we were taking after the employee confirmed it with us at the car and that we agreed it was ours. (Not true) and she continued to blame me for the mistake. All I wanted was to let her know the meal was wrong and I would not be eating it and would like a refund. Eventually she agreed that was fine and I could come in the next day and get my money back. (Which I did).
  
  Skip to today's incident - I went to the drive through and order a combo with two milkshakes. The employee and Manager were joking around in the window while making my shakes. The young girl handed me the tray with both milkshakes on the same side of the tray. Instantly I knew I was going to have a problem. She proceeded to hand the tray down to me with the two cups closest to me while she held on to the empty side. Of course the milkshakes dump into my car and onto my carpet. The girl didn't say anything. I asked her if I could get another milkshake as this one just dumped on me. She looked like a dear in headlights so I repeated "Can I buy another milkshake as this one just dumped into my car?". She grabs the Manager that she was just joking with and the Manager comes over and looks at me without saying a word. Again, I repeat the same line. She says nothing, passes me the debit machine and lets me pay. I ask her for a napkin to clean my car and she tells me "you have one in the bag." Ugh!! I told her I will need more then one as a large milkshake just dumped into my car. She ends up handing me ONE more napkin. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!. At this point I am so annoyed. No apology, they made me repay for the milkshake and never mind my carpet in my car and my car seat. I told the manager that maybe she should teach her employee how to evenly distribute the weight of the drinks so this does not happen again. She just walked away saying nothing. I ended up driving to the front parking lot and cleaned my carpet for the next 15 minutes. Needless to say.... This Burger King is by far the worst fast food restaurant I have been to. They staff are lazy, rude and incompetent but I can not blame them as they take after their Manager who is setting this same example.
