  Went for my friend's birthday. Nice place. But we were shocked by the level of service. Sat in the lounge upstairs. It was very nice and comfortable up there. When we went downstairs to the restaurant a waitress made a concerted effort to ignore us repeatedly... Probably thought we weren't worth a lot in tips... Staff were discourteous if not outright rude. Definitely not what I was expecting based on other reviews.

  Been here a few times. The food is plenty and tasty. The staff are amazing and there's an array of ales, lagers, spirits and soft drinks to choose from.
  
  Well worth a visit, you won't be disappointed.

  The staff is great. Riley's is clean, has a good variety of people, a nice pub downstairs and great pool hall upstairs. The only missing star is with the food. If they could hire a good chef to create a simpler, higher quality menu, Id be more inclined to go for dinner instead of my 12pm wings. The wings are good!

  Bouncers here are a complete mess. I saw an altercation between the head bouncer and one of his workers and he was telling him to stop being a b**** and handle it; pretty disgusting team work. And there is no organization as to how they handle situations; just bad communication mixed with bad technique and bad thought processing. Everything else was decent; just a complete turnoff knowing there really is no protection here.
