  This is/was my go to bakery, in fact I order at least 6 cakes a year from them. My daughters cupcake birthday cake looked great, but tasted stale and the frosting was rock hard. The kids all commented on it right away. I literally threw away all 24 cupcakes and lost out on $55 bucks. In search of a new place.

  If I could give "0" stars, I would.
  Ordered a slab birthday cake for my sons birthday. Ended up costing $210! It looked as if a 2 year old had made it. It was thrown together and for that price I was expecting detail and for it to resemble the reference photo I had provided. Attempted to contact company 2x, without a reply. It was a complete rip off. Anyone that saw the cake was appalled at the fact that I paid that much money for it. Do not recommend them at all! Especially them not wanting to resolve issues with customers. And it didn't even taste all that great either. So disappointing!

  My husband and I ordered our wedding cake from Sugar Chalet after receiving many recommendations from family members and friends. The booking process was extremely easy, the staff listened to our ideas and created a wedding cake that was exactly what we had in mind. In addition to looking great, every flavor that we selected was delicious. I would definitely recommend this bakery to others!

  I was apprehensive about going here after reading some mixed reviews, but everybody that I know visits sugar chalet and they rave about how awesome it is. Well, they didn't disappoint! :) Our two custom cakes we grabbed were spectacular!!!! My daughter loved her Barbie cake, and we didn't even want to cut my son's Thomas the tank engine cake. The decorations were beautifully done it tasted remarkable (we had strawberry and vanilla marbled together.) The gentleman at the front helped carry out my cakes for me and was very polite as I had my children with me. The woman on the phone was helpful and had some great ideas when placing my cake order. One thing I wasn't sure about is they told me not to refrigerate the cakes so we left them on the table until Sunday and they were still perfect!
  Thank you again sugar chalet! I will continue to pass on the great news about you bakery and we will be back again!!!
