  It has been occuring more and more that the quality of expertise and that there are steeped tea lovers out there but getting the coffee treatment instead by that i meant that i have been repeatedly given wrong orders or instead of cream in steeped tea i get milk which was mot what i ordered. Last straw was this evening and the count has been up there in the teens.
  
  More than often i had to get out of my vehicle and go inside to get my order right. Why then have a drive thru if its not serviced well? I am inclined to visit another timmies instead. Please please cirrect this as there are alway new employees and i hope that the supervisors and managers can impart the need to focus on the orders and get them right.

  They're really fast which is great, but they rush you through. It's not just this Tim Hortons but all. They throw the food out the window before you can even set your drink down and are far more concerned about their drive thru times than customer service. Bagels are either over toasted or not toasted, and they never use their cream cheese scoops. You end up paying for a full amount of Cream Cheese yet you receive a fraction of what you've paid for. Evening and night staff are amazing however.

  Great location. A big plus is that it's open all night, so if you want to go in rather than go through the drive thru, you can do that. Need a bathroom while on the road at 3 am? This place works.
