  I only order coffee in Tims, or doughnuts. no matter what city i'm in. not a big fan of eating fast foods. and being pissed off, if its wrong. sometimes the coffee isnt hot.(ENOUGH) im from Toronto, so getting used to the limited tims here. but this one is 24hrs, i just found out, and im a 10 min walk. the service is slow, but good when u get it.Well, how can they mess up a double double coffee? its faster for the lazy drive through people..

  I avoid this location simply due to the drive thru lineup, its absurd. Dear Tim Hortons: please open more locations in N Oshawa, thanks !!

  I specifically asked for my bagel NOT to be cut.. why? Because when its cut, the bacon on the bagel ALL FALLS OUT OF IT. Why is it when you ask for your bagel not to be cut..and it comes up on the drive thru screen saying "do not cut bagel" you end up with it cut anyways? How hard is it to actually fill a customer's order without screwing it up?? It's not rocket science. This particular Tim Horton's location has the WORST service. I may get 1 order out of 10 that is actually right when I visit. I don't know if it's the management or the workers, but they give Tim Horton's franchise the worst name. If you can avoid it and find another location in Oshawa, DO IT!!!

  I ordered a garden sandwich and I asked for onion and to have Swiss and mayo instead of cream cheese. They don't carry Swiss anymore so I got mozzarella instead. But when I got it they forgot the mayo and onion so I sent it back and she drowned it in Mayo and I still didn't get any onion. I'm so fed up with this franchise I can't even explain it. Every time I order the mess something up. And the garden sandwich isn't even the same anywhere. There was cucumber on this one and a lot of places I go there isn't any. It's ridiculous and they need to get their act together.

  This place has always bad service. None of the people are professional. Place is over crowded with employees but still bad service, because they are not expereinced at all. Most likely they hire people with no experience to reduce their payroll. If you get 2 items at least one of the item will be wrong. Staff working at night is nicer and more experienced
